Mumbles Judo Club
Mumbles Judo Club is a family run club. Operated by a brother and sister coaching team, and former Welsh Champion Black belts.
We have over 30 years experience in judo, and we are a British Judo Association club www.britishjudo.org.uk).
Our focus is not only on the competitive aspect of the sport. It is our aim, through judo, and judo related games, to help children develop their coordination, confidence, resilience, discipline, social skills and leadership qualities, as well as building mindfulness. Skills that can be called on away from the club and in everyday life.
Judo practice is carried out in a safe and enjoyable way, which makes the journey a fun experience for our members. We are based at West Cross Community Centre, and we are open every Thursday for children ages 7-16.
